Privacy policy

The protection of your personal data is particularly important to us. Therefore, we process your data exclusively in accordance with legal provisions (GDPR, TKG [Austrian telecommunications act] 2003). The present data privacy information sets out the main aspects of data processing in relation to our website.

Getting in touch with us

If you contact us by email or use a form on our website to get in touch with us, we shall use the data you provide, together with the respective point in time and the IP address, only for the respective purpose indicated (processing the request, newsletter registration); they will be safely stored and not passed on to any third parties.

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. Cookies are small text files that will be stored on your terminal, using the browser. They do not cause any harm. We use cookies to make our offer as user-friendly as possible. Some cookies will remain stored on your terminal until you delete them. They enable us to recognise your browser when you visit our website again.

If you do not want that, you can adjust your browser settings in such a way that you will be informed about the placing of cookies, allowing such cookies to be placed in individual instances only. If you do not accept cookies, this may restrict the functionality of our website.

Web analysis

Our website uses functions of the Google Analytics web analysis service of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). It uses cookies that enable an analysis of the way the website is used by its users. The information thus generated is transmitted to and stored on the server of the provider.
You may prevent this by adjusting your browser settings in a way that no cookies will be stored.

We have concluded a direct customer contract with Google for the use of Google Analytics by accepting the Data Processing Addendum in Google Analytics.
Your IP address will be captured, but pseudonymised immediately [e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits]. Accordingly, only a rough determination of the locality will be possible.
Data processing will be based on the legal provisions of Section 96 (3) TKG as well as Art 6 (1) (a) (consent) and/or (f) (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.
Within the meaning of the GDPR (legitimate interest), our main concern is to improve our offer and our web presence. As we consider the privacy of our users very important, user data will be pseudonymised.
User data shall be stored for a period of 14 months.

Newsletter

You are welcome to subscribe to our newsletter via our website. For this purpose we will require your name, company, email address, and your declaration that you have agreed to receive the newsletter.
Once you have subscribed to the newsletter, we will send you an email containing a link for you to confirm your subscription.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Please send your revocation message to the following email address: newsletter@all-languages.at or use the link provided in each of our newsletters to unsubscribe. We will then erase your data relating to the newsletter subscription immediately.

Your rights

In principle, you have a right of access as well as a right to rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection legislation or that your entitlements under data protection legislation have otherwise been violated, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
