What does certified quality management mean?
Our processes have been certified according to the ISO 17100 standard since 2009. Recertification takes place every 2 years as part of a process audit by Austrian Standards. For you, this means project planning individually tailored to the requirements of your translation project, personal customer support, and the guarantee of a high level of quality through compliance with standard specifications, above all dual control.
